"The Warehouse Apartments are the classiest and cleanest to be found in Grand Forks. They are open style apartments with an elegant feel. The tenant management is exceptional and they always answer your calls, no matter what time you need them. It's in the heart of the city and has an upscale feel to it. Wouldn't think twice about renting here!" "The Warehouse apartments are great, management is very friendly and maintenance issues are attended to in a timely fashion. There is now a flat screen in the elevator playing various movies, which is nice for the long ride up to the top floor. I have lived in the apartment for about seven months now, and I have never once heard another tenant from my unit. Very thick floors, so you don't have to worry about disturbing people below, and the walls are pretty soundproof as well. The building and units are unique and it is a fun place to live." "I have lived in the Warehouse for a year. I am moving because my roommate has to go and I don't need 1100 square feet for myself! My stay has been nothing short of awesome. The management has been very kind to me and easy to work with. I have lived all around Grand Forks and this is by far better than any apartment I've lived in. The building has character and is unique in comparison to many of the cookie -cutter type condos and apartments springing up all over the cramped up South- end developments. The Warehouse is situated near the heart of the city and is near many of the amenities one would consider vital. I regret having to leave, but feel secure that the next tenant will love # 510 as much as I do!" "I had the vey fortunate opportunity to live at the Warehouse Apartments for almost 3 years. The Warehouse is quite the classy place for such a great price. All my guests are always impressed with the architecture of the building, especially the glass elevator with the new flat screen television mounted. The apartments are very spacious; all rooms having lofted ceilings and huge windows that span each room, wall to wall. Management is very friendly and easy to approach. They always seem to be available for questions. Maintenance was prompt when needed. Plenty of parking for residents and guest. The building is secure, very close to downtown and a reasonable distance from the University if you are a student."
